FACULTY RECRUITMENT

National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTTR), Chandigarh is one of the four national institutes established by Government of India in the year 1967 for overall development of technical education in the country in general and the Northern Region in particular. This institute caters to the needs of 9 States in the Northern Region comprising: Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttrakhand, Delhi and UT of Chandigarh.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following faculty positions.

The qualifications and experience will be as per AICTE norms for the posts at Sr.No. 1-4 and as per UGC norms for the post at Sr.No.5.


Assistant Professors (Pay Band Rs 15600-39100 AGP Rs 6000/-)

1.Assistant Professor, Entrepreneurship Development and Industrial Coordination – One (OBC)
2.Assistant Professor, Education – One (General)
3.Assistant Professor, Educational Management – One (General)
