General Instructions:-
1. The Post applied for should be clearly mentioned on the top of the envelope.
2. Applications in prescribed format should be sent through Registered / Speed post only addressed to the Project Director, Bihar State
AIDS Control Society, State Institute of Health & Family Welfare Building, Sheikhpura, Patna-800014 on or before 29-04-2011
by 5:00 PM. Any application not conforming to this requirement shall be automatically rejected.
3. Prescribed format can be downloaded from the website (http://www.jobsnews.co.in) of BSACS. The same can also be obtained directly from
the BSACS office.
4. The existing officers/employees of BSACS can also apply.
5. The originals of relevant qualifications and experiences must be produced during the written test or interview.
6. Society reserves the right to reject any application or cancel any position advertised without assigning any reason. Decision of the
Society shall be final.
7. For deputation posts person working in Govt. department or Govt. Undertaking should send their application in the prescribed format
through proper channel, with a No Objection Certificate of their parent employer to the effect that they will be relieved for deputation if
selected. It is noted that they will draw the scale of their parent dept. + allowances as applicable.
8. Any application which is not in the prescribed format or does not meet the aforesaid directions will be rejected.
