The undersigned invites application for appointment to the Post mentioned, below in the District Legal Service Authority (Permanent Lok Adalat) ,Samastipur in the Prescribed Performa on the scale mentioned against their post beside the cost of the leaving allowances granted by the state Government time to time.
The applicant shall Submit their application in their own handwriting completed all respect in given performa affixing attested one recent pass-port size photographs along with attested copy of character certificate, Educational and Technical Qualification and Certificate of age and self addressed stamp envelop bearing name of the post applied for through registered post/Speed Post so that it must reach the office of the District Legal Service Authority, Samastipur by 19.07.2011 during court's hours. Defective application shall be rejected without any Reason.
General Direction :-
Relaxation of Age: – Age relaxation is available of the candidate belong to reserved category and the female candidate according to govt. guidelines.
Exam Fee: – DD/IPO of Rs.100/ for the candidates of UR category and Rs.25 for the candidates of OBC/ST/SC.
Desirable Qualification: - Knowledge of handling computer and min. 30 words per minutes speed in typing for the both post Clerk cum Typist and Typist also.
For peon, how to ride bicycle is necessary for the candidates who represents male, incase of female there is no need to riding cycle ability.
Enclosures: - All the certificates which showing the educational qualifications, age, technical ability, recent passport size photograph, self addressed envelope along with application form.
Selection Process: – Selection will be made on the basis of written examination performance after then follow the skill test for the above two mention posts. For peon there is no any written test only interview is the mode of selection.
Written examinations comprises questions related to test the ability of the candidates following subjects; Hindi, English, Math and G.k.
