Probationary Period : 1 year from the date of joining
For PROBATIONARY ENGINEERS :
Age - As on 14.10.2011: Not exceeding 28 years. Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates. 5 yrs of Relaxation will be given to Physically Challenged candidates in addition to the normal relaxation.Scale of pay : ` 12600 - 32500
Probationary Period : 1 year from the date of joining :
Absorption: On successful completion of one year probationary period, candidates may be considered for permanent absorption in E1 scale of pay of ` 16400 – 40500 /-, subject to availability of vacancy and satisfactory performance during training.
PF, Gratuity, Superannuation, medical, canteen, transport and other perks will be as per Company Rules.
General Information
☯ Reservation for SC/ST/OBC is as per Government of India Directives and as indicated above.
☯ The Management reserves the right to call suitable/short-listed candidates for test/interview. Requirements may also be relaxed for deserving candidates at the discretion of the Management.
☯ Prescribed application forms can be filled in online from our website www.madrasfert.nic.in/recruitment.htm. Only online application will be accepted.
☯ For claiming the benefit of OBC category, the candidate should submit a proper caste certificate as per the proforma prescribed by the Government of India (specimen given below), which would, among others, specifically mention that the candidate does not belong to the persons / sections (Creamy Layer) as mentioned in column 3 of the Schedule to the Department of Personnel and Training OM No. 36012/22/93-Estt.(SCT) dated 08-09-1993, Government of India.
☯ After online filling up of applications, copy of print out to be sent along with a) Demand Draft or Banker’s cheque for Rs.200/- (for General / OBC candidates) and Rs.100/- (for SC/ST candidates) in favour of Madras Fertilizers Limited, payable at Chennai towards Application processing fee and b) photocopies of certificates (SSLC, HSC, Diploma & Degree) in support of age, educational qualification and caste (SC/ST/OBC) superscribing the post for which the candidate applies, should reach the undersigned on or before 14.10.2011.
Application of candidates who have not submitted their applications thru online will be summarily rejected.
