1. For most Primary lecturers :Candidates must hold Senior Secondary / Diploma / Bachelors degree (four years) in elementary schooling.
2. For elementary teachers : Candidates ought to possess graduation degreee and Diploma (2 years) in basic education / B.Ed. / B.El. Ed.
Examination Way :
PSTET consists of 2 papers, Paper-I for courses I to V and Paper-II for courses VI to VIII.
